Welcome to vivienwong. These Terms of Service govern your use of www.vivien-wong.com and any purchases made through our online store.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. About the Artwork
All artworks featured on this website are created by Vivien Wong.
The fine-art prints available for purchase are reproductions of original paintings, produced through high-resolution scanning and professional fine-art printing.
Each print is made to order and is available in the sizes and formats stated in the individual product listings.
Original paintings are not generally listed for sale through the online catalogue. Enquiries regarding original artworks may be directed to enquire@vivien-wong.com.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, images and prices are accurate.
However, slight variations in colour, texture and appearance may occur between the images displayed on your screen and the final printed artwork. These differences may arise from screen settings, printing processes and the materials used.
Please review the product description, size and selected format carefully before placing your order.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency selected on our website, with Singapore Dollars (SGD) as the default currency.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, any price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Full payment is required at checkout before an order can be processed.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price or receive a refund.
4. Order Acceptance and Production
All fine-art prints are produced upon order and are not held as ready-made stock.
Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, you will receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, production cannot be fulfilled, payment cannot be verified or an error has occurred. In such cases, any payment received for the cancelled order will be refunded.
5. Order Cancellations
We understand that purchasing art is a considered decision, especially if it is your first piece.
If you change your mind, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing enquire@vivien-wong.com with your order number.
After the 24-hour cancellation window, production may begin and we will no longer accept change-of-mind cancellations.
This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Returns and Refunds
As each fine-art print is made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for a change of mind after the cancellation window has passed.
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at enquire@vivien-wong.com, within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photographs of the artwork and packaging.
We will review the issue and work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
The 48-hour reporting period is requested to help us investigate shipping damage promptly. It does not limit your statutory rights.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We offer complimentary shipping within Singapore. International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
As each piece is produced upon order, delivery may take up to:
- 21 days for orders within Asia
- 30 days for international orders outside Asia
These timeframes are calculated from the date of payment and include production, packaging and delivery.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by production schedules, courier delays, customs clearance or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you and discuss the available options.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. If an order cannot be delivered because of incorrect information provided at checkout, additional delivery charges may apply.
8. International Orders and Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, local taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless expressly stated at checkout.
Any applicable import duties, customs charges and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking your country’s import requirements before placing an order.
9. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All original artworks, reproductions, photographs, images, written content and other creative materials displayed on this website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise stated, the artwork and its associated intellectual property rights belong to Vivien Wong.
Purchasing an original painting or fine-art print does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or otherwise use the artwork beyond personal display and enjoyment.
No artwork or content from this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

10. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software or use its content in a way that infringes the rights of others.
